Design: Harvard Jolly, Construction Manager @ Risk: Tandem Construction. The contractor has begun demoing the rec center, pool, and pool house. A kickoff meeting to continue design services was held on January 7, 2025. Design of the rec center has moved into the construction document development phase, which is expected to take about three months. Pool design is in the programming phase as the site layout is being proposed. The pool's schematic design is expected in mid-February. Design team has presented option 3 layout of pool, reviewed site layout of buildings, chillers, and locations. Proposed improvement to layout of Rec Center and cost saving opportunities. Discussion on placement of A/V equipment have started.
